It has been quite the fight between Cardi B and blogger Tasha K and from the looks of things Tasha and her team are ready to throw in the white flag.
On Instagram the blogger shared that her team lost the appeal, thanking her followers for all of their love and support and apologizing for the first time to Cardi and her team.
In her caption she said:

Last year According to BET Cardi B’s legal team tried to convince a judge to dismiss an appeal from YouTuber Tasha K after she lost a multi-million dollar defamation case against the rapper.
A request was submitted to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals to uphold the verdict against Latesha “Tasha K” Kebe.
Currently, Tasha K is required to pay a whopping $3.8 million as a part of the settlement reached in the libel case against the ”WAP” artist.
Cardi’s last legal filing said that the vlogger has no chance of winning the appeal.
“The totality of evidence was more than sufficient for the jury to find that [Tasha K.’s] conduct was not merely vulgar, tasteless, rude, or insulting.
