Malu Trevejo, a popular TikTok celebrity, and Latin singer have been sued by four of her former staffers, who claim violence, slander, and s*xual misconduct against the 20-year-old. Ralph Colon, Edwardo Vidal, Victoria Barreto, and Witchneverson Lacroix sued her for $4 million, claiming that they were subjected to “mental, emotional, sexual, and bodily torture” while working for Trevejo. Furthermore, the workers claimed in their complaint that the singer used racist insults against them and made obscene gestures at Barreto, her personal assistant. According to the lawsuit:
“Trevejo demanded that Barreto lies in her bed with her, cuddle with her, and watch television with her, as well as supposedly control and claim custody of her.”

The four workers who filed a court complaint against the Cuban-American singer alleged in their complaint that Malu often used racial language and behaved harshly and abusively when they did not answer her messages or calls as soon as she desired.
