The Bravo series Southern Hospitality began on November 28, 2022, with 11 cast members. A spin-off of Southern Charm, the program centers on Leva Bonaparte and the employees of her nightclub, Republic Garden & Lounge. Mia Alario, a hostess at the Republic, is one of the staff members. However, that is not the only career she is familiar with. Mia has two jobs – during the day, she is a financial analyst at Biotech, and at night, she is an employee at Charleston’s most exciting nightclub.
On Southern Hospitality, Mia claimed that she was not working two jobs for money. Despite having the highest-paying position in Biotech, she works at the Republic to stay socially engaged with people. Mia attended the nightclub for the social environment since her day job limits her to her apartment.
Mia Alario has two degrees in economics.
Born and grew up in Trinidad and Tobago, Mia Alario relocated to Charleston when she went into college. After getting two degrees in economics from the College of Charleston, she became known as the Southern Belle who worked two jobs. According to Mia’s Bravo profile, she works for joy rather than need.

She works at a stuffy financial institution during the day and hosts at Republic at night. Mia is outspoken, socially gregarious, and always up for a night out, and she is committed to her career, but she acknowledges she works for pleasure more than need.”

“She has no trouble expressing her opinion and likes catching people off guard with her honesty, frequently rubbing the group the wrong way. Mia’s tenacity and dedication are continuously put to the test by her coworkers, and she is always on the verge of losing her prized position.”
Mia began working as a financial reporter at the Coastal Management Group after graduating in 2019. According to her LinkedIn, she started working at Biotech in July 2020 as a financial analyst. Mia said that her parents are divorced in her personal life. In the current episode of Leva Bonaparte’s Southern Hospitality, Mia also revealed that she enjoyed an equally deep bond with her mom Arlene and father Filippo. The latter was also mentioned in the show, as the father-daughter combo discussed Mia’s dating life. Mia told her father that she was dating a chef called Owen and was looking forward to seeing how far their relationship would go.
