Who Is Lauren Paylor From “Drink Masters” Season 1?

Drink Masters on Netflix is bound to pique your interest. Viewers have seen a number of food series that have piqued their interest, but this new reality TV show offers a unique approach. The new program involves 12 mixologists who demonstrate their ingenuity by presenting innovative drinks in the hopes of winning the ultimate prize of $100,000 and the title of The Ultimate Drink Master.

The reality TV program has 12 bartenders competing in different tasks to get to the finals. Only three of the 12 made it to the grand finale, where they competed by presenting the judges with a three-course feast. Lauren Paylor, nicknamed LP, was crowned the champion after impressing the judges with her trademark drinks.

According to the official summary of Drink Masters,

“Twelve of the world’s most creative mixologists infuse, swirl, and blend their way through a series of high-stakes cocktail challenges for the chance to win a life-changing reward and the title of The Ultimate Drink Master.”

29-year-old Lauren is originally from New York City. LP’s enthusiasm for cooking stems from a childhood interest in math and science. In her employment, she is also quite technical and calculative. Before crafting any drink, she puts it down on paper and quantifies each component before combining them together.

Lauren worked at a pub in Washington, DC as an R&D Production chef. Lauren, according to The Cinemaholic, spent most of her time in the kitchen because she felt more at ease there. Lauren has extensive expertise in the bartending profession. She has also received several accolades and is a writer who has written for numerous publications. Lauren has also served as a judge for the TAG Global Spirits Awards and the ASCOT Awards. She worked as an official bartender at the Emmys.

The Drink Masters winner’s work has appeared in several periodicals and other media sites. She was also included in Wine Enthusiast’s 40 Under 40 list for 2021. She is now in Washington, DC. She has over 9400 Instagram followers and describes herself as a “no & low ABV Enthusiast.” Although she won the championship after impressing the judges in the grand finale, her path through Drink Masters was not without challenges. The judges accused her of taking things slowly and playing it safe in the first episode.

Lauren, on the other hand, was adamant about finishing the race and didn’t want to pull out. She picked up straight away in the second episode and went on to win the challenge. Lauren also continued to hone her skills throughout the season. Lauren’s perfection and distinctiveness pleased the judges. The Drink Masters participant also advanced straight to the finals.

Although the judges thought one of her closing cocktails was a little too sweet, they were unquestionably thrilled with the other two drinks. They eventually declared her the competition’s winner.
