A medical student and musician compete on The Voice.
Andrew is a medical student who has been given a four-year full-tuition scholarship to his preferred institution. In May of this year, he posted a photo of himself on Instagram clutching his acceptance letter from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS).
He wrote in the caption:
“After much deliberation, I have chosen to attend the UAMS School of Medicine this fall and have gratefully received the first Dean’s Full-tuition 4-year Scholarship. Let’s get started #UAMSCOM26 #Dr.Igbokidi#2”
Andrew has a photo with his two siblings – an older brother and a sister – in his first Instagram post, which goes back to 2014. He shared an old photo of the three of them posing together. Andrew only has only 18 posts on his Instagram account, yet he has over 3136 followers. This might change after the episode of his performance airs on Monday. The Voice contestant’s following may grow when he begins to post more often.
Andrew may be found on Twitter as @andrewigbokidi if you want to follow him. He may also be found on TikTok as @Iggy498. Andrew is not only a superb vocalist, but he is also a basketball player. He used to play for the Lakeside Rams in Arkansas, according to his social media page. He was a Varsity player from 2016 to 2018. Andrew graduated from Lakeside High School in 2018, and he will graduate from UCA in 2021. The Voice airs on NBC every Monday at 8 p.m. Readers may find additional information in their local listings.
