According to a February 2020 story by Page Six, Victoria was previously caught for DWI (driving under the influence) in 2017 and sentenced to 12 months in prison. Her year-long sentence, however, was deferred, and she was sentenced to 24 months of probation. Her driver’s license was also suspended for a year, and she was only allowed to drive to work or school. The Bachelor in Paradise candidate has over 580K Instagram followers.
