Tia Booth, the Bachelor Nation star, and her fiancé Taylor Mock have had their first child. Tatum Booth Mock, the couple’s first child, was born on Tuesday, December 6, 2022. The pair posted an Instagram video with sounds of their loved ones rejoicing while Tia’s doctor gushes over the child, who was delivered at 6.13 a.m. on December 6, 2022. In the aftermath of her father’s death, the Bachelor Nation star announced her pregnancy on Instagram on Father’s Day 2022. Tia and Taylor got engaged during a live Bachelor event in April.

Booth initially appeared on Arie Luyendyk Jr.’s season of The Bachelor in 2018. During her first season of Bachelor in Paradise, she was in a relationship with Colton Underwood. She was also featured in previous seasons of the dating program. Tia dated Cory Cooper, Kenny Braasch, James Bonsall, and Blake Monar after Colton. She did not discover the one, though, until 2021, when she returned to Nashville and began spending time with Taylor.

“We met in January at a party in Nashville after he relocated from California. We hung out in the same buddy group and then he had the balls one day to attempt to hit on me and get me to hang out with him, and I was like, ‘Sweetie, I’m going on Bachelor in Paradise. I’ll see you later.’”
Tia returned to Bachelor in Paradise season 7 after being ousted during week 6 and began spending time with Taylor. She said that the pair didn’t even have a “decent first date.” Tia said that the first time the couple spent out without friends was at her place after she contacted him and asked him to come over since she had “things to do.”
“It was like the first time we went out just the two of us, and he thought I was joking. I was like, ‘No, honestly. I have s—- to do.’”
Tia kept her connection with Taylor a secret for a while. On October 17, 2021, she declared her relationship with him public on Instagram. She shared a video of LANY’s Get Away. A few days later, she discussed her love life on her podcast, saying:
“He’s an angel. He’s incredibly wonderful, and he’s been doing nice things for me for months. It’s just stressful being in the public spotlight because everyone pays attention to every little detail.”
Taylor proposed to Tia onstage at The Bachelor Live On Stage event in Atlanta on April 10, 2022, after less than a year of dating. He collaborated with Bachelor in Paradise alums Thomas Jacobs and Becca Kufrin to pull together the surprise proposal. The couple announced their pregnancy on June 20, 2022, and indicated that her due date is December 23, 2022; nevertheless, the pair became happy parents of their newborn boy earlier than his due date on Tuesday.
