How Rich Is Pavel Antov? Net Worth, Career, Salary

Pavel Antov, a well-known sausage tycoon, was recently found dead at the Hotel Sai International in Rayagada, Odisha. The event occurred on a trip to celebrate his 66th birthday. He died after falling from a window on the third story. According to a police officer, he may have committed suicide because he was despondent over the death of his buddy Vladimir Bidenov. Last week, Bidenov was also discovered deceased at the same hotel. There has been conjecture that Pavel was killed by someone since other Russian businesspeople who have previously criticized Vladimir Putin have perished in a similar way. The matter is being probed from various perspectives, including the likelihood that he fell from the rooftop by accident.

Pavel Antov was Russia’s highest-paid legislator.

Pavel Antov was the founder of the meat firm Vladimir Standard and one of Russia’s leading makers of meat sausages. The firm was founded in 2019. With a net worth of roughly £130 million, he is Russia’s wealthiest public official, according to Forbes 2019. Antov was a member of the Vladimir Region Legislative Assembly. He was the chairman of the Vladimir region’s Legislative Assembly’s Committee on Agrarian Policy, Nature Management, and Ecology.

He took to social media to protest the Russian-Ukraine war after a Russian missile assault on a residential neighborhood in Kyiv injured a seven-year-old child and her mother and killed her father. A crane allegedly rescued the mother from under the debris. He described the whole ordeal as “terrifying.” The statement was shared on WhatsApp, but it was not well received by the public, and Antov eventually erased the post.

On Antov’s birthday, Vladimir Bidenov apparently died after a heart attack.

Two days before Pavel Antov’s death, Vladimir Bidenov was discovered dead at the same hotel. On December 21, he checked into the hotel and was found in his room with wine bottles all about him. He was rushed to the hospital, where he was declared dead. He was cremated when Russian officials granted him permission. Bidenov may have died as a result of heavy drinking or a drug overdose, according to area police commander Rajesh Pandit.

Following an order from Odisha DGP Sunil Kumar Bansal, the CID-Crime Branch has taken over the investigation of both instances. Bansal said that there was no proof of foul play and that a postmortem revealed an unusual death. Following these occurrences, the Russian embassy told NDTV that they are in communication with Pavel Antov and Vladimir Budanov’s families. They continued,

“As far as we know, authorities do not believe these terrible incidents have a criminal component.”

On December 21, Vladimir and Pavel were two of four people who checked into the motel. According to the hotel owner, the other two have not yet departed, and the authorities are still awaiting paperwork from the Russian Embassy. Vladimir was 62 years old when he died. Jitendra Singh, the tour guide, accompanied the whole tourist party.
