Ok Taecyeon and Won Ji-an of 2PM are teaming up for My Heart is Beating, a new KBS2 fantasy romance drama. Ok Taecyeon will portray Seon Woo-hyeol, a half-human/half-vampire who enjoys being the first to explore new things in the world. He is an outcast, a trendsetter, and an early adopter who transformed into a human by eating only mugwort and garlic for days. Seon Woo-hyeol, who really wants to live like a regular person, has a specific cause for becoming a human.
Taecyeon has already wowed K-drama viewers with his performances in a number of productions, including the famous serial Vincenzo, in which he portrayed a formidable antagonist. The actor, who is also a K-pop star, has shown his unique acting abilities in dramas such as Royal Inspector & Joy, Blind, Save Me, Bring It On, Ghost, and others. Won Ji-an will play Joo In-hae, a part-time school nurse and guest home owner, in the female lead role.
