Blueface Was Arrested On Charges Of Attempted Murder

Blueface, also known as Johnathan Jamall Porter, was arrested in Las Vegas on November 10, 2022. An undercover operation outside Lo-Chicken Lo’s & Waffles resulted in the arrest. Porter may be seen sitting on a bench with his girlfriend Chrisean Rock in a now-viral video. When a gang of undercover police rushes towards them, grabs Porter, and throws him against a wall, the two can be seen examining their phones.

According to the officers, an open warrant for Porter’s arrest was issued. Blueface has been charged with attempted murder with the use of a lethal handgun or tear gas, according to court papers obtained by TMZ.

Blueface was detained in connection with an incident that occurred in early October.

Aside from the attempted murder accusation, the rapper is also charged with firing a pistol into a dwelling, building, vehicle, or craft. The event that led to Porter’s arrest occurred on October 8 near Windy Road. Following the arrest, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department issued the following statement:

“On November 15, 2022, at around 2:40 p.m., LVMPD officers arrested 25-year-old Johnathan Porter on charges arising from a shooting that occurred in the 6300 block of Windy Road on October 8, 2022.”

Porter will also be transferred to the Clark County Detention Center, according to the police department. Prior to his arrest, the singer was seen in a video shot by Chrisean Rock having a talk with him and kissing him as they walked down a hotel corridor. Following Blueface’s arrest, Chrisean posted a video in which she declared her support for the rapper and chastised those who suggested she leave him. She reported an arrest in August after a disagreement at a pub, and how Porter would not leave her when she was brought into the prison. Chrisean reiterated that they will be in the court on Wednesday and that Porter would be returning home.

Blueface has previously been arrested.

Porter has been arrested many times before. At 8:30 p.m. on November 16, 2018, the rapper was at a Chevron gas station when he was robbed. Blueface was arrested and charged with shooting at an occupied vehicle after shooting at the suspect’s car. He was released on $69,000 bail two days later.
